CHALLENGE

Myth Games needed to connect three layers in one mobile experience: real-world exploration, story progression, and interactive game decisions. The main challenge was to make this journey feel adventurous without making the interface confusing or overloaded.

Help users discover real locations through the game.

EXPLORE

Guide users from
one mission to the
next.

STORY

Make choices and feedback clear, playful, and easy to follow.

DECIDE

CONCEPT

Myth Games turns the city into a playable story world. Instead of exploring places through a traditional travel app, users enter themed adventures, follow narrative clues, and move through real locations as part of the game experience.

Real locations
become part of the gameplay.

CITY

Quests and clues
move the narrative forward.

STORY

The app guides navigation and story progress.

GUIDE

To connect the concept with the user experience, the journey was mapped around how a target player discovers the game, enters the app, explores stories, plays missions, and returns to continue the adventure

PROCESS

The process focused on turning the game idea into a clear mobile experience. The main goal was to connect storytelling, city exploration, user interaction, and interface structure without making the app feel confusing or overloaded.

User Flow

The user flow defines the main path from entry to discovery, gameplay, and progress.

Wireframes

Low-fidelity wireframes were used to organize the core app screens before moving into the final visual interface. The focus was on clarifying entry, discovery, story selection, gameplay, and feedback flows.

SOLUTION

The final solution is a mobile app prototype that guides players through a story-driven city exploration experience. A complete overview of the designed mobile screens, showing how players enter the app, discover stories, start missions, make choices, and continue their progress.

OUTCOME

The result was a mobile game prototype that turns city exploration into a story-driven experience. It connects discovery, quests, choices, and feedback in one clear app flow.

Explore cities through interactive stories and missions.

PLAYER

Connect discovery, gameplay, and progress in one flow.

FLOW

Support tourism, sponsors, and local engagement

GROWTH

REFLECTION

This project was a nice shift from more functional interface work because it allowed me to think about UX through story, movement, and play. I enjoyed exploring how a mobile app can make the real world feel more interactive and imaginative.

The biggest learning was balancing the adventurous feeling of the game with a clear structure. Even in a playful experience, users still need simple navigation, understandable choices, and clear feedback to stay engaged.
